Australand is one of Australia’s leading diversified property groups with operations spaning the country in residential, commercial and industrial development. Australand in partnership with Honeycombes Property Group are set to re-develop the old Myer Centre Building in Coorparoo located 4 kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD. The project has received a great deal of local media attention due to the history attached to the site and its long overdue need for renewal. Due to this heightened attention, Australand recognised that there sales office needed marketing tools befitting of the project’s profile and that would differentiate it from the many competitive projects in the market.
Brightfox developed an interactive marketing solution that wins over prospects with an immersive interactive experience and also condenses all of their marketing material into one simple and affective app that is easy to use for both prospects and sales staff.
We implemented an interactive touchscreen solution that provided the display suite with a powerful marketing and presentation tool, and the 'wow' a project of this calibre demands. Most importantly we worked with Australand’s sales and marketing teams to ensure the interactive touchscreen incorporated the unique aspects of their sales process, ensuring that it works successful as both marketing and a sales tool. As added value we also 'packaged' the complete solution so that Australand’s sales team could easily and quickly set up touchscreens anyway in the World, using them at seminars, Expo's and even in Agents offices.
